Products

27,000 products. 503 lines. One standard.

The CISER range covers almost everything a contractor, fabricator or factory fastens — in carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless, across the finishes that survive this climate. Availability by size and finish varies by line; send us the specification and we will confirm.

Materials & finishes

Specify the coating for the exposure

Coastal humidity, roof temperatures and wind-blown sand shorten the life of a standard bright-zinc fastener. CISER's Nanotec programme is where much of its engineering sits — the salt-spray figures below are the ones CISER publishes in its own catalogue of coatings.

Zinc electroplateGeneral and protected applications; clear, blue, yellow or black passivation.
Hot-dip galvanisedStructural steelwork, towers and external assemblies with long design life.
NanotecCeramic-film top coat. Base coat + 1 layer: 240 h to white corrosion, 2,000 h to red. White goods, automotive, aeronautics, civil construction.
Nanotec 3,000Zinc or zinc-alloy base with two sealant layers: 400 h white, 3,000 h+ red. Clear and black versions.
Nanotec AluminiumNanoparticles limit galvanic attack where the fastener meets aluminium. Two layers: 4,000 h to red corrosion.
NanoGeoOrganometallic coating with a harder protective film. NanoGeo + Nanotec layer: 4,000 h. Wind energy, automotive, civil construction.
NanoInox 410Organo-ceramic top coat with stainless microparticles — CISER rates it 70% beyond 410 stainless. 1,500 h to red corrosion.
Nanotec 10K1,500 h free of red corrosion to ASTM B117 and 10 Kesternich cycles to DIN 50018. Hexavalent-chromium free, RoHS and REACH compliant. M6 / ¼″ upward.
Stainless & brassA2 (304), A4 (316) and 410 stainless, plus brass, where the material itself is the corrosion answer.

How we supply

Ordering, from a single box to a container

Mixed containers

Consolidate several product families and sizes into one shipment, so a distributor's opening stock is not six separate imports.

Project take-offs

Send the bill of quantities or the structural drawing; we price the fastener package against it, class and finish included.

Stock programmes

Agreed monthly or quarterly call-offs for distributors and factories with predictable consumption.

Packaging & labelling

Bulk, retail packs or customer-specified packaging and labelling for shelf-ready distribution.

Documentation

Certificate of origin, mill test certificates and the full export document set prepared in Dubai.

Technical selection

Cross-reference from a competitor part number, a drawing or a sample to the equivalent CISER line.

Anatomy

Scroll to turn the bolt

A hex cap screw, drawn to CISER's geometry. Everything that decides whether a joint holds is in these three details.

  1. Head and markingClass 8.8, 10.9 or 12.9 stamped on the head, with the maker's mark beside it — the first thing a site inspector looks for.
  2. Rolled threadThread rolled after heat treatment, not cut, so the grain follows the root and fatigue strength stays where the specification put it.
  3. CoatingThe finish decides the service life: from bright zinc to Nanotec systems tested past 4,000 hours of salt spray.
